Francis Tuttle's Stormie Roberson Named Outstanding New Teacher

Stormie Roberson has been named the 2008 Oklahoma Association of Career and Technology Education Outstanding New Teacher of the Year for the Oklahoma Health Occupations Education Teachers’ Association division.

This award is meant to encourage new teachers to remain in the profession. Recipients have made significant contributions toward innovative, unique and novel programs and have shown a professional commitment early in their careers.

Roberson will compete with other divisional recipients of the Outstanding New Teachers of the Year awards during the CareerTech Annual Summer Conference this August for the title of Oklahoma ACTE Outstanding New Teacher of the Year.
