Francis Tuttle Advanced Health Sciences Instructor Pat Brown Named Teacher of the Year

Francis Tuttle Advanced Health Sciences instructor Pat Brown has been named the 2008 Oklahoma Association of Career and Technology Education Teacher of the Year for the Oklahoma Health Occupations Education Teachers’ Association division.

This award recognizes teachers who provide outstanding CareerTech programs for youth and/or adults in their respective fields and communities, and who have made significant contributions toward innovative, unique or novel programs that are serving to improve and promote CareerTech.

Brown will compete with other divisional recipients of the Teacher of the Year awards during the CareerTech Annual Summer Conference this August for the title of Oklahoma ACTE Teacher of the Year.
