Bruce Campbell




Bruce CampbellBruce Campbell began his career in workforce education as an instructor in the Accounting program at Moore-Norman Technology Center. He developed an individualized open-entry/open-exit curriculum appropriate for secondary and post-secondary students.

As Business Manager, Bruce played an integral role in the start-up of Francis Tuttle Technology Center. During his 24 years at Francis Tuttle, he has served in several key positions and roles including: Chief Financial Officer; Facility Manager; MIS Administrative Supervisor; Construction Administrator; and as a member of the Master Planning and Strategic Planning teams.

Bruce is a champion of workforce education programs nationwide. He is committed to taking a stand that will insure the future of Career Tech for new generations of students. Bruce has worked closely with his colleagues throughout the state to provide professional development opportunities for business officials in other technology centers and common schools. Bruce has served as President and Board member of the Oklahoma Association of School Business Officials, and serves on the Audit Committee of the Association of Career and Technology Education.

Bruce was actively involved in the creation of the first public library to be constructed in the 100+ year history of Piedmont, Oklahoma. He has served as the chair or member of the Piedmont Public Library Board since it was formed in 2003.

Bruce and his wife, Annalisa, have raised four children. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1980, earned his Masters in Secondary School Administration, holds an Oklahoma Standard Teaching and Superintendent's Certificates, and a provisional Technology Center Administrator Certificate. He completed the Ohio State University "Preparing Workforce Education Leaders" program in 2006.
