ASTD is the world’s largest association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals, with members from more than 100 countries, who connect locally in nearly 140 U.S. chapters and 25 Global Networks.
Cathy serves as Director of the Francis Tuttle Executive Officer Network, a metro-area CEO/COO Roundtable. She also consults with leadership groups within organizations of all sizes and sectors in the areas of leadership, organizational culture, decision-making, communication and executive coaching. She has worked in partnership with Dr. Joel Barker, Futurist & Independent Scholar, as well as with Dr. Tor Dahl (also known as "Today's Deming"). She has worked in the field of corporate development for over sixteen years. Cathy has made invited presentations to the American Society for Training & Development's International Conferences as well as to the Academy of Human Resource Development's International Conferences. She holds certifications in Executive Coaching, Organizational Culture Analysis, Leadership 360 Assessment & Analysis, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Joel Barker's Implications Wheel, Strategic Planning, Quality & Performance Management, and several other areas.
