Francis Tuttle students enrolled in Career Training Programs are eligible for nomination by their instructors if they meet the following criteria:
- Enrolled for the previous semester or two consecutive nine weeks
- Maintained a grade of 90% or above
- Meet attendance criteria (no more than five absences)
- Displays good citizenship as approved by instructor

Cost
Once nominated, there is a one time $20 fee for membership.
