Available Grants
Grants are funding that does not have to be repaid. Students may be eligible for one of the following grants:
- Federal Pell Grant
- Federal SEOG Grant
- Oklahoma Tuition Aid Grant
- Francis Tuttle Foundation Grant
Federal Pell Grant
The Federal Pell Grant provides a foundation of aid, to which assistance from other federal and non-federal sources may be added. Pell Grants do not have to be repaid. Pell Grants are intended for undergraduate students who are citizens or eligible noncitizens. Students eligibility is determined based on congressional formula. Students must be meeting satisfactory progress requirements. To apply for the Pell Grant complete the FAFSA at

Federal SEOG Grant
The Federal SEOG Grant provides limited funds for those students with the greatest amount of need. It does not have to be repaid. Students must be Pell eligible and are awarded in the order of need. They must be attending 12 hours per week and meet satisfactory progress requirements. To apply for SEOG complete the FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
Oklahoma Tuition Aid Grant
Oklahoma Tuition Aid Grant is made available by the Oklahoma State Legislature through the Oklahoma State Regents. Funding for OTAG comes from a combination of Federal and State money. When a student completes a FASFA the Oklahoma State Regents receive the processed applications from the central processor and determine who are eligible applicants. It is important to apply early to receive OTAG. Students are required to attend 12 clock hours per week and be making satisfactory progress. Awards are based on full-time or half-time enrollment. Francis Tuttle Foundation Grant
Francis Tuttle Foundation Grant is for tuition and is available to students who have been packaged for financial aid, but still have remaining need. Students who are eligible to apply will receive an application from the Francis Tuttle Foundation when funds are available. Foundation Grant funds are targeted to students who do not receive tuition assistance from other agencies. To be eligible to apply for the Francis Tuttle Foundation Grant, complete the FAFSA at
