Bilingual Customer Service prepares students to be successful in office environments that have a need for bilingual communications. You will learn computer applications, business communications and data entry and customer assistance skills. Intense English language acquisition is included. You will prepare for the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and Brainbench certifications.

Tuition Rates

No tuition for high school students.
Adult students pay standard rate of $800 per semester for full-time or $400 per semester for part-time.
