Clark's primary focus is on businesses related to the aviation industry; however his clients, which include Dell Computer, represent a variety of industries. His passion is developing partnerships to proactively manage change, whether self initiated or externally driven. In addition to his corporate clients Clark is actively engaged with the Human Resources community through the Oklahoma City Human Resource Society.
Clark has been at Francis Tuttle for eight years during which time he has supported small and medium sized business with entrepreneurial training, government procurement assistance, and with training and resources to effectively adopt technology-based solutions. He has been in his current position for the past two and a half years.
Clark served in the U.S. Air Force for twenty five years as a KC-135 navigator, staff officer, acquisition logistician, and program manager. During a two year break in service he attended the FAA Academy and subsequently served as an air traffic controller in Indianapolis, IN. In 1989, Clark was selected as the Deputy Program Manager for Logistics for DoD's highest priority, highest cost satellite communication system (Milstar). In 1992, Clark returned to Oklahoma as the Air Force liaison to the National Weather Service's NEXRAD Doppler Radar program. He was later reassigned to Tinker AFB as the Program Manager for the CATT program, designed to develop new manufacturing sources for DoD's aging weapon systems, as well as assist Oklahoma manufacturers secure a larger share of contracts awarded by Tinker AFB. Clark retired from the Air Force in 1996. Prior to joining the Francis Tuttle family, he was the Director of Operations for KMI Entertainment, where he gained a real appreciation for the challenges faced by small business.
Clark has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and a Masters Degree in Industrial Management from Central Michigan University.
