Richard Kindberg serves as the Industrial Coordinator for Construction Trades at Francis Tuttle Technology Center. He consults with construction general contractors, sub-contractors and providers of construction services. He also consults with residential homebuilders and residential construction trades.
Richard has his Bachelor's degree in business administration, University of Missouri, and his Master's in Business Administration, Business Organization, from Loyola University of Chicago. He has worked within the facility management arena for the past 31 years. He has overseen the construction of over 3.0 million square feet of medical facility buildings. He has a broad construction and construction safety background. Richard is a National Center for Construction Educations and Research instructor and a Certified Program Planner from the Learning Resources Network.
Richard has specialized knowledge and background in OSHA safety regulations, including construction safety, scaffolding, fall protection and excavation, trenching and shoring. He has developed customized tools to help clients evaluate their exposure to OSHA regulations and more.
