How we do business

Using the Saville Holdsworth Work Profiling System (WPS), Francis Tuttle job analysts facilitate a four hour session with your job experts (superior performers). These knowledgeable individuals, recommended by management or supervisors, identify the most critical competencies, human attributes, job tasks, and job contexts. After the computerized report is generated, the Francis Tuttle job analyst will review the report with the manager and others involved to insure it meets the organization's hiring or development needs.

Time investments for training vary, depending on your unique business needs. We will conduct a thorough needs analysis to identify specific training objectives. Training initiatives are then customized to exact specifications.
